1. Where do your products come from?
Our gourmet seafood products are responsibly sourced from the pristine waters of Chilean Patagonia and preserved using high-quality FDA-approved canning processes.
2. Do your products require refrigeration?
No. Canned seafood does not require refrigeration until after opening (per USDA guidelines). Once opened, refrigerate any unused portion in a sealed container and consume within 2–3 days for best quality and safety.
3. How long do the products last?
Each package clearly displays a best-by date. Shelf life varies by product, generally ranging from 24 to 48 months.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or force majeure events.
5. Do you ship across the United States?
Yes, we ship to most U.S. states (some exclusions may apply such as Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes).
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are within their shelf life. Perishable food items cannot be returned once opened. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the product is received. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.
8. Is my personal information safe?

9. Are your products FDA compliant?
Yes. All Aqua Gourmet products are FDA registered and comply with U.S. food safety regulations.
