Shipping & Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed canned products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products

We require proof of purchase (order number or receipt) for all returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to post.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email us at contact@aquagourmet.us and ship your product to the address below.


Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
